Our premium
grade trim profile (1/2 x 1 1/2" Size) also works wonderfully as a small
landscape border. Shown in sand, these trim pieces are stacked 2-high
and anchored every 12". Flexible yet durable, this edging will last
for years to come! |

Beachfront
Walkway |
The
premium grade's quality is second to none -- this beach walkway and
railing is shown in Sand, with stainless steel hardware (we do not
recommend using zinc or galvanized hardware with these projects) . There are no
surface blemishes or imperfections on these boards! They look so great
it's hard to believe they're recycled! |

This
corporate client chose the premium grade of plastic lumber for it's
upscale children's water park. Note the uniformity of color & size in
the boards. The edges of the boards can also be routed easily for a
finished look. |

Cedar
Picnic Table |
Premium
grade lumber is used in the construction of all our furniture, including
this residential client's picnic table. The
natural look of the cedar color is a favorite choice for picnic tables,
and the black framing does a terrific job of hiding all the dirt! |

This
boardwalk & railing project was completed in 1994 for a waterfront
city and is still widely used today. The boardwalk has become a showcase
for the city and has been used extensively in television commercials. A
local city official remarked in 2000 that, had the 1994 project been
constructed with wood lumber, his city would have already had to replace
the boardwalk due to the saltwater corrosion! |

This
railing was constructed using 4x4, 2x4, 2x2 and trim profiles for a
finished product that will never rot! The railing pictured at left
was originally installed in South Florida in 1999 at a Municipal Waste
Management Facility. Today, in 2008, this railing is still in use and
functioning just as the day it was originally installed! Stainless
steel hardware is recommended with plastic lumber for the longevity of the
project. |
