There
is a difference in recycled plastics.
Our
board (made of #2 HDPE plastics) is the top 2x10 board for this
railing project.
The
bottom 4x6 board is a competitors piece of co-mingled (mixed) recycled
plastics.
Which
board would you rather have?

Replace
your old , worn out wooden fence today once and for all!! This South
Florida condominium development decided their old fences were an
eyesore and removed them. The replacement fence, made of recycled
plastic lumber, was installed in 1994! Had they used wood to redo
their fences, today they would probably have to replace them once
again! Instead they chose a product that not only is good for the
environment, and is maintenance-free, but it will last for years to
come!

A
wood walkway near the beach will never last--the saltwater and
termites will destroy the wood. In this picture, the wood was removed
and recycled plastic lumber installed. This walkway was installed in
1997 and still looks great today!

The
recycled plastic lumber in this picture features a knurled
finish, which is embossed onto the top of the lumber during
production. This optional feature offers an attractive, easy way to
add a finish to your deck. |

The
gray bench is a bench made in April 2000 (and photographed in May
2000), made out of co-mingled
plastic lumber by a competitor. Note the rust marks, swirling & other
discolorations that appear throughout every single gray board.
Our
bench, shown in cedar, is the HDPE(#2) plastic lumber. This bench was
delivered in 1998 and still looks new today! Remember, there is a
difference in recycled plastic -- which bench would you rather have? |
