Testing performed by: L.J. Broutman & Associates as third party inspection. All testing method results are average (mean) per ASTM statistical requirements. All tests performed at 23° C.

The deckboard system tested old passed Modified ASTM 108, Class C Burning Brand Test. Test modified to simulate horizontal orientation of a deck.
Notes:. Screw Pullout Strength with a 2.5 safety factor as required by most building codes yield an average withdrawal design strength of 298 lbs. By comparison White Oak has a pullout of 288 lbs. (National Design Specification for Wood Construction) before the application of a reduction factor.
